High-resolution single molecular near-field fluorescence images were observed by scanning near-field optical/atomic force microscopy (SNOM/AFM). We modified the SNOM/AFM for both high-resolution fluorescence imaging and high-resolution topographic imaging. The imaged fluorophore, Alexa 532, is prepared with a poly-methyl-methacrylate (PMMA) film coating. A fluorescence resolution of 25 nm was obtained with a simultaneous topographic image of a flat surface. A sample prepared with a lower PMMA concentration exhibited a rough surface in the micro area. The results for the flat surface indicated that the fluorescence resolution is worst in the rough surface sample, that the maximum fluorescence intensities for the individual fluorophore are similar, and that the decay rate is faster. Thus, we concluded that the morphological effect is an important factor in fluorescence image resolution and the apparent lifetimes of the fluorescence molecules. 相似文献

The acrylamide‐based terpolymers (PADB) with 4‐butylstyrene (BST) as the hydrophobic monomer and dimethyldiallyammonium chloride (DMDAAC) were synthesized by the micellar free radical technique. The polymer was determined by UV, FT‐IR and 1HNMR, and the hydrophobic microblock structure of PADB was characterized successfully by the conventional DSC measurement. The use of DMDAAC improves the water solubility and intermolecular association of terpolymers. The feed amount of BST affects greatly the apparent viscosity of PADB solution. The polymer exhibits good viscosification property, salt resistance, temperature‐thickening, thixotropy, pseudoplastic behavior and shear‐thickening at low shear rate. The apparent viscosities of PADB solution remarkably increase by the addition of a small amount of surfactant. AFM measurements show that hydrophobic aggregates have been formed in 0.1 g dL?1 PADB aqueous solution, indicative of strong associations of hydrophobic groups, which are reinforced with increasing PADB concentration. The microstructures of PADB are disrupted by the addition of small amounts of salt, resulting in the decrease in solution viscosity. However, with increasing NaCl concentration, the tree‐like associating structures are formed, leading to the increase in the solution viscosity of PADB. The AFM results reveal that the solution properties of PADB are due to the associating structures in the aqueous solution and brine solution. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 用正电子淹没寿命谱方法(PALS)研究了质子辐照对空间级硅橡胶KH-L-Y微观结构的影响。试验结果表明,PALS谱所揭示的最长寿命成分的t3, I3及自由体积分数Vf随辐照剂量的增加开始明显下降;而当辐照剂量大于1015cm-2后,随剂量的增加平缓上升。辐照剂量小于1015cm-2时,质子辐照使硅橡胶自由体积减小,分子链间堆砌紧密;辐照剂量大于1015cm-2时,质子辐照使硅橡胶自由体积增大。交联密度及DMA测试结果同样表明,质子辐照在剂量较小时硅橡胶的交联密度及玻璃化转变温度增加,辐照以交联效应为主;而剂量较大时辐照降解占优势。 相似文献

The effect of a black hole on the classical physics of exterior electromagnetic fields can be expressed by replacing the black hole by a conducting membrane. We show that when we introduce quantum mechanics the currents in this membrane must also satisfy a quantum Langevin equation and that this, together with the nonzero transmission coefficient for the potential barrier around the hole in the membrane picture, gives rise to the Hawking radiation. 相似文献

Laser removal of small 1 μm sized copper, gold and tungsten particles from silicon wafer surfaces was carried out using ultraviolet radiation at 266 nm generated by Nd:YAG harmonic generation. Successful removal of both copper and gold particles from the surface was achieved whereas tungsten particles proved to be difficult to remove. The cleaning efficiency was increased with an increase of laser fluence. The optimum processing window for safe cleaning of the surface without any substrate damage was determined by measuring the damage threshold laser fluence on the silicon substrate and the required fluence for complete removal of the particles. The different cleaning efficiencies with particle type are discussed by considering the adhesion force of the particle on the surface and the laser-induced cleaning force for the three different particles. 相似文献

are caused by both initial impurities and (mainly) dopants (As and Ga) implanted by transmutation as well as by defect sets

Salicylate is a hydrolysis product of salicylate-containing drugs (such as aspirin) in patients' blood. Monitoring of this ion in blood is helpful for diagnosing of overdosage of these drugs. The present paper describes an ion chromatography (IC) method developed for determination of total salicylate in human serum, in which a hulk acoustic wave (BAW) sensor was used as detector; 0.5 mmoI/L sodium carbonate (Na2CO3, pH 8.5) served as mobile phase. Interference in the determination was negligible. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and precise. Serum salicylate was analyzed using both the proposed IC-BAW method and the classical Trinder spec-trophotometric method, and the results showed that the two method agreed well. 相似文献
